Jim Walker
Chief Creative Officer
With a background heavy in painting, drawing, and art direction, Jim leads the agency by bringing a uniquely aesthetic sensibility to business problems. He has been with the agency for more than 15 years, the first eight as creative director and the last seven leading it. Before joining the agency, he was creative director at Wells, Rich, Greene and Tracy Locke Partnership in L.A., where he led the work for Taco Bell and was named Creative Director of the Year by Adweek. Since taking over the agency, Jim has led the growth of the Washington Mutual brand from a Washington-only thrift to the sixth largest financial institution in the country. He has spearheaded the creation of Sedgwick Rd. into what it is today-an independent IPG agency with unparalleled resources and a 45% growth in billings over the past three years.

Zach Hitner
Creative Director
In his 14-year career at Sedgwick Rd., Zach has worked with a wide range of clients to develop brand awareness and award-winning creative that has been recognized for its boldness and effectiveness. As creative director, Zach’s involvement is integral to campaign development for agency clients who include Washington Mutual, Tower Records and Redhook. He has in-depth experience launching brands, which have included Coke’s POWERade, Paul Allen’s Experience Music Project and Washington Mutual’s EFFIE-winning entry into New York. Most recently he has been the chief architect of the “Tobacco Smokes You” anti-smoking campaign for the Washington State Department of Health, which has resulted in the lowest teen smoking rate in the country, the award-winning StartMayhem.com campaign for Nintendo’s GameBoy Advance SP, and the re-launches of Redhook and Tower Records, our newest client.

Forrest Healy
Creative Director
Forrest began his writing career in Southern California. Along the way, he helped create Taylor Made Golf’s “Find Your Game” campaign, Mitsubishi Motors’ “Wake Up and Drive” re-launch. Recently, he has worked on the Capital One and Budweiser accounts. At Sedgwick Rd., Forrest has worked closely with clients like Washington Mutual, Redhook, REI, and the Washington State Department of Health on its “Tobacco Smokes You” campaign. His contributions have been recognized by the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, Communication Arts, The One Show, the Clios, International Andy Awards, ADDY, Radio Mercury, and EFFIE awards, among others.

Melissa Nelson
Managing Director
Melissa offers more than 10 years of marketing, advertising and brand-building experience. As Account Director, she helps develop and manage integrated, strategic marketing programs for our clients, including insights on new media and non-traditional solutions. Prior to joining Sedgwick Rd., Melissa ran Tractorbeam, a full-service brand development firm in Dallas, Texas. More recently, she was responsible for the launch of LINK, a new business unit of TM Advertising in Dallas, focused on new media, non-traditional and integrated marketing. Her branding experience includes work for Discovery Channel, Real Networks, Wyndham Hotels, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Billy Reid Menswear, Duffs Footwear and Spyder Performance Outerwear.
