This unpaid intern position available in the Seattle office is a valuable resource for not only the Brand Development and Media departments, but for the entire agency. While responsible for general office upkeep, external and internal communications, and administrative duties, the intern also helps creative and production teams as needed. The intern plays an important role in researching new media opportunities, including contacting local and national reps for information and presenting key findings to the media team, and also assists with new business pitches when possible. Working closely with the brand development team, the intern is responsible for assigned project planning, scheduling and file maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with different agency teams, and provides valuable exposure to industry terminology, resources, research, and an overall feel for the agency environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

• At least junior standing in college.
  
• Must demonstrate a sincere interest for a career in advertising.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  
• Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

Schedule and Timing

The ideal candidate is one that is able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm; availability in the afternoon is preferable, but not required. Internship is available year round, for a minimum duration of three months.
